20 minutes to build a 40 card deck with multiple inks allowed along with playing more than four copies of a card.
We will play three rounds of swiss with best of 3 and the prizing is as follows:
1st Place = 3 Packs Chapter 14
2nd Place = 2 Packs Chapter 14
3rd Place = 1 Pack Chapter 14
